Delivery and Returns

From time to time you may end up with unwanted medicines.

This might be because your medication has changed or you have not used as much of the medicine as was expected,

or any other reason.

Under the NHS rules, you are not permitted to access our pharmacy in person to return these medicines and instead,

you must contact us by phone or email and we will discuss with you the thriving process for returning your medicines to us.

We may need to send you special packaging to use for returning your medicines

and there are some things that we are not permitted to accept due to health and safety rules.

You can return unwanted medicines to any pharmacy and not just the pharmacy that you received them from.

If you need to find a pharmacy near you, access Google Maps now and simply type in “Pharmacy”

Prescription medications cannot be exchanged due to legal and safety regulations. If you have any concerns or issues with your prescription medication, please contact our pharmacy team immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us.  We will arrange for a replacement & get in touch with the manufacturer to advise them of the defect.
