The first step to applying for the free delivery service with Time Pharmacy is to register with us and provide us with your patient details. You’ll also provide us with payment information, so that we can easily take payment for your prescriptions if you pay for them, and only when they have been despatched.
The second step is for you to place your prescription order which is then sent to us electronically. Once we have your prescription we will update you by sending a confirmation that we are processing your prescription. We will then dispense and check your medication.
The final step is your free delivery of medicines. Before delivery, you will receive confirmation that your prescription has been dispatched and if you pay for your medication, we will take payment from your account when your medication is dispatched.
