– Order your prescriptions via any method approved by your surgery, as you would usually.
– Your GP sends us the prescription
– We dispense and deliver your medication
– We will send you reminders when your next prescription is due
Please continue to order your prescriptions as you would normally, using the methods approved via your surgery. If your surgery allows pharmacies to place orders on your behalf or your current pharmacy orders for you, please inform us and we would be happy to offer this hassle-free service.
It is thriving to order your repeat prescription 7 to 10 days before you require it to allow the GP and us to get it to you well in advance of you running out.
Once we receive your prescription, we aim to dispense medication within one or two days. Once our trained staff have dispensed your medication, our qualified pharmacists will clinically check your prescription and medication and it will be packaged.
